DIY Bulk Flower Guide

Molucella, also known as Bells of Ireland, is a unique greenery with tall stems and distinctive bell-shaped blooms. Please follow these steps upon arrival:

  1. Unpack immediately. Remove the molucella from the box as soon as it arrives.
  2. Remove outer packaging. Take off all wrapping and elastic bands.
  3. Clean lower stems. Remove any leaves that will fall below the water line.
  4. Handle with care. The bell-shaped blooms can be slightly prickly, so handle gently when processing.
  5. Cut stems. Recut stems at an angle using a sharp knife or garden shears.
  6. Place in clean water. Immediately place in a bucket of fresh, clean water.
  7. Add flower food. Use floral solution to help maintain freshness.
  8. Keep in a cool area. Store in a cool, shaded place away from direct sunlight and heat.
  9. Maintenance. Refresh water and re-cut stems every 2–3 days.
