Seeded eucalyptus is a popular greenery known for its soft blue-green tones and natural movement. It is hardy and long-lasting, making it ideal for arrangements and décor. Follow these steps upon arrival:

1. Unpack immediately. Remove the eucalyptus from the box as soon as it arrives.
2. Remove packaging. Take off all wrapping and gently separate the stems to allow airflow.
3. Clean lower stems. Remove any leaves that will sit below the water line to keep the water clean.
4. Prepare clean water. Fill a clean bucket or vase with fresh water. Floral food is optional, as greenery typically does not require it.
5. Trim the stems. Cut 1–2 inches off each stem at an angle using sharp floral shears or a knife.
6. Hydrate properly. Place stems immediately into water and keep them in a cool area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
7. Maintain freshness. Seeded eucalyptus is quite durable and can last well both in and out of water.
8. Optional drying. For a dried look, simply remove from water after a few days—stems will dry naturally while maintaining shape and color.
9. Daily care. Change water as needed and re-cut stems every few days for best longevity.

Cancellations & Modifications
No cancellations, reductions, or modifications are accepted within two (2) weeks of the scheduled delivery date.

Delivery & Preparation
Flowers are delivered farm-packed, untrimmed, and uncleaned, exactly as received from the grower. Standard preparation is required prior to use.

Natural Variation
As a natural product, variations in color, shade, bloom size, and openness may occur and may differ from screen images.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice, particularly during peak holiday periods or periods of limited availability.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to delivery.

Sales Policy
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted, including in cases of over-ordering, unused flowers, or change of mind.

Natural Loss Allowance
As flowers are shipped directly from the farm, a natural loss of approximately 5–10% may occur due to transport and handling. This is considered standard within the floral industry.
