Preserved oak branches are a decorative dried product that requires no hydration and offers long-lasting beauty. Please follow these simple steps upon receiving your stems:

Unpack immediately. Remove the branches from the box as soon as they arrive.
Remove outer packaging. Take off all packaging and protective wrapping.
No water required. These branches are preserved and should not be placed in water.
Avoid moisture. Keep away from water and high humidity, as moisture can damage the leaves and affect their appearance.
Reshape if needed. If the leaves appear crumpled from packaging, placing them in a slightly humid environment can help them relax and flatten naturally.
Handle gently. Preserved leaves can be delicate; handle with care to avoid breakage.
Indoor use recommended. Best used in dry indoor environments, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Long-lasting décor. These branches are designed for extended decorative use and will maintain their look over time with proper care.
Maintenance. No regular care needed—simply keep dry and dust lightly if necessary.

Large orders, event orders, or volume purchases should be placed 2–3 weeks in advance to help ensure availability and proper allocation.

Cancellations & Modifications
No cancellations, reductions, or modifications are accepted within two (2) weeks of the scheduled delivery date.

Delivery & Preparation
Flowers are delivered farm-packed, untrimmed, and uncleaned, exactly as received from the grower. Standard preparation is required prior to use.

Natural Variation
As a natural product, variations in color, shade, bloom size, and openness may occur and may differ from screen images.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice, particularly during peak holiday periods or periods of limited availability.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to delivery.

Sales Policy
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted, including in cases of over-ordering, unused flowers, or change of mind.

Natural Loss Allowance
As flowers are shipped directly from the farm, a natural loss of approximately 5–10% may occur due to transport and handling. This is considered standard within the floral industry.
