CARE AND PREPARATION – PARVIFOLIA EUCALYPTUS

DIY Bulk Flower Guide

Parvifolia eucalyptus is a durable and fragrant greenery that requires standard preparation and offers excellent vase life. Please follow these steps carefully upon receiving your stems:

  1. Unpack immediately. Remove the stems from the box as soon as they arrive.
  2. Remove outer packaging. Take off all outer packaging and protective sleeves.
  3. Remove lower leaves if needed. Strip off any foliage that would sit below the water line to keep the water clean and reduce bacteria.
  4. Prepare clean water. Fill a clean bucket or vase with fresh water. Floral food is optional, as greenery typically does not show a noticeable benefit.
  5. Trim the stems. Cut approximately 1–2 inches off the stems at an angle using sharp floral shears or a sharp knife.
  6. Hydrate properly. Place stems immediately into water and keep them in a cool area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  7. Fragrant and versatile greenery. Parvifolia eucalyptus is known for its pleasant scent and works well in a wide range of arrangements.
  8. Good durability. Holds well in both fresh arrangements and can dry naturally over time.
  9. Daily care. Change the water occasionally and re-cut stems as needed to maintain freshness.
