Each stem is carefully handled by our team to provide a professional level of preparation, helping you focus on designing instead of processing flowers.

What’s included:

Opening and inspection of boxes
Removal of lower leaves and thorns
Stem trimming (fresh cut)
Initial hydration of roses
Removal of outer guard petals

After preparation, roses are carefully repackaged for transport to maintain freshness.

Important Information

While roses are prepared with care, minor damage may still occur during transport.
Depending on quantity and delivery distance, roses may be shipped:
- dry (standard packaging)
- or with hydration (aquafoam/water source) for longer distances

In all cases, we strongly recommend recutting stems upon arrival before placing them in water.
