To ensure proper hydration and longevity, follow these steps upon arrival:

1. Unpack immediately. Remove foliage from the box as soon as it arrives.
2. Remove packaging. Take off all sleeves and protective wrapping.
3. Clean the stems. Remove any leaves that would sit below the water line to prevent bacteria buildup.
4. Prepare clean water. Fill a clean bucket with fresh, cool water. Add floral preservative and mix thoroughly until fully dissolved.
5. Trim stems properly. Cut approximately 1 inch off each stem using sharp shears or a knife. Cut at an angle to allow better water absorption.
6. Hydrate thoroughly. Allow stems to hydrate in a cool area for a minimum of 2–4 hours before designing.
7. Storage. Keep in a cooler between 2–4°C if possible. Avoid direct sunlight, heat, and drafts.

Dusty Miller is hardy foliage and generally has excellent holding power when properly conditioned.

Large orders, event orders, or volume purchases should be placed 2–3 weeks in advance to help ensure availability and proper allocation.

Cancellations & Modifications
No cancellations, reductions, or modifications are accepted within two (2) weeks of the scheduled delivery date.

Delivery & Preparation
Flowers are delivered farm-packed, untrimmed, and uncleaned, exactly as received from the grower. Standard preparation is required prior to use.

Natural Variation
As a natural product, variations in color, shade, bloom size, and openness may occur and may differ from screen images.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice, particularly during peak holiday periods or periods of limited availability.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to delivery.

Sales Policy
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted, including in cases of over-ordering, unused flowers, or change of mind.

Natural Loss Allowance
As flowers are shipped directly from the farm, a natural loss of approximately 5–10% may occur due to transport and handling. This is considered standard within the floral industry.
